Table tipping (also called table-turning, table-tilting, or table-tapping) is a form of physical mediumship and séance practice in which a group sits around a lightweight table , lightly places their fingertips or palms on its surface or edges, and waits for it to move, tilt, rock, rotate, or even levitate. These movements are interpreted as communication from spirits, guides, or other non-physical entities—typically answering yes/no questions via directional tilts, spins or spelling out messages by tilting at letters of the alphabet as they are recited.
Workshops emphasize group energy, patience, and an open but respectful mindset. We believe sessions are genuine physical mediumship demonstrating spirit interaction. Results vary widely by group focus, atmosphere, and experience.
